Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProduction Supervisor – San Lorenzo, CA$70,000–$90,000 | 10:15 a.m. ShiftParkerBeth Search Partners is hiring a Production Supervisor for a growing food manufacturing organization supporting school nutrition and community meal programs. This person will oversee daily production across assigned lines, kitchen, and oven areas while leading employees, managing labor performance, and ensuring production goals are met safely and on schedule.This is an immediate need, so early applications will receive priority.What You’ll Do:Lead production employees and team leadsSet staffing and workflow based on daily production plansTrack schedules, labor efficiency, productivity, and KPIsCoach employees and develop frontline leadersEnforce food safety, GMP, PPE, quality, and safety proceduresResolve production issues and minimize disruptionsMaintain production documentation and reportsWork with FSQA, Maintenance, and WarehouseWhat You Bring:At least four years of direct production supervisory experienceFood production or food manufacturing experienceExperience managing staffing, labor, KPIs, and employee performanceStrong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of GMP, food safety, and workplace safetyProficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordBilingual English and SpanishAbility to work at 10:15 a.m. with potential overtime and schedule flexibilityWhy This Role:Direct responsibility for daily production performanceOpportunity to develop employees and team leadsCross-functional exposure to FSQA, Maintenance, and WarehouseMission-driven work supporting students and seniorsThis position operates in a cold manufacturing environment and requires prolonged standing, frequent physical movement, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
