Licensed Hairstylist/Cosmetologists Job Description
At Great Clips – Staten Island, NY we want customers to be loyal to Great Clips so they return for their new haircut, and the one after that, and the one after that. This means we need to hire STYLISTS WITH A TEAM-ORIENTED ATTITUDE to create customer loyalty. Every stylist at our salon must focus on three pillars that are important to our customers…Comfort, Freedom and Connection. How Pay is Measured/Determined for Licensed Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist
Given our number of customers, the average stylist at Great Clips – Staten Island, NY can expect to make between $2400 - $4000 per month when working fulltime (at least 35 hours a week) . Pay is a combination of the following:
