We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental terminology, ensuring smooth operations within our dental clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Schedule appointments using Dentrix
• Handle phone systems to answer inquiries and schedule appointments
• Assist with patient service needs, providing information and guidance
• Ensure the dental office is organized and presentable

Dental Assistant MUST :

• Be able to take Digital X-Rays
• Take Impressions
• Make Temps

Skills

• Experience with Dentrix
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and staff effectively
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a dental office of at least 1 year
• WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY
• LATE HOURS ARE MANDATORY
